Rae serves as our clinical lead and is deeply passionate about her work. She engages with both adults and children, with a particular focus on neurodiversity and brain health. As the co-founder of the company alongside Mark, she is a strong advocate for the transformative potential of the arts within communities, embodying a positive and inspiring presence.
As a neurodiverse and queer-identifying woman I understand the importance of being able to provide care and support to a wider community where historically these kinds of therapies were limited to those who had the means. I strongly advocate for those who benefit from therapeutic interventions, especially within the SEND community.
I am excited to bring my drive, ideas and passion to this movement with a view to opening up Arts Therapies as a real and normalised option to develop, support and provide enrichment for all. To create a real shift in thinking about the importance of breaking down the barriers to accessibility to enable real meaningful change.
Rosemary is a trained fine artist and a creative thinker. She has been fortunate to be selected to participate in a Master's program in Art Therapy, and she is thoroughly enjoying her work. Her particular interest lies in childhood ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and collaborating with other creatives.
Mark has transitioned from his previous role as an IT Manager to establish a new Community Interest Company (CIC) aimed at fostering creativity within the communities he serves. He is a dedicated volunteer with a strong passion for supporting the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) community, as well as neurodivergent individuals. In addition to this, he provides support to the team in various projects, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
